To return an unwanted item:
Items returned after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund or store credit, and will be sent back to you. We’re unable to make exceptions to this window, so we recommend reviewing your order as soon as it arrives.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in. This means:
Items that show signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage — or that are missing original tags or labels — cannot be accepted for return.
